day 22 - food journal


i ate pretty poorly today.  while i was cooking i ate a couple of the dates and some of the nuts, and i was running around like a crazy person for most of the day trying to clean our home, shopping for ingredients and cooking all these goodies.
breakfast – smoothie, 1 cup of frozen berries, 1 cup of organic soy milk, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of organic honey, 1 teaspoon of organic cocoa powder
snacks – 2 dates and a couple of walnuts, some raw brownies (so delicious)
dinner - mexican chicken wrapped in lettuce with red kidney bean salsa and avocado mash (recipe coming tomorrow)

tomorrow i will post the recipe for the mexican chicken and also the salted caramel tarts.  get excited and get cooking, as everything is so tasty and all so good for your body.
