day 1 - food journal

first thing when i wake up - hot cup of lemon water
breakfast - 2 handfuls of fresh cherries
snacks - brazil nuts, cashew nuts, walnuts
lunch - a whole avocado
dinner - quinoa with mixed vegetables


Overall I feel great, normally when you start a new eating habit, your body will react to the change, generally side effects can be headaches, sore muscles, cranky moods, insomnia and general feeling of being physically weak are common during the first few days.  People who are coffee addicted may have stronger "pull out" effects, as usually their PH Balance is not the best. These detoxification symptoms are but the normal reaction of the body to change.


The positive side to changing your eating habits is of course weight loss, but also you should experience increase in your energy level, as your body rids itself of all those pollutants and toxins, you will begin to feel more alive and energetic.





Day one over, bring on day two.  I know from past experiences that these days will be the longest and will feel the worst.
