breakfast – the last of the fruit
salad from the weekend
snacks – nuts, spoonful of organic
honey, nectarine and a pear
lunch – one tomato and the
avocado salsa left over from dinner last night
dinner –
quinoa and a piece of organic steak
i woke
up full of energy again today. i do think that i need to add a little more
protein into my lunch meal, but i'm getting through the days quite well. after 6 days of eating only natural raw
foods, i'm not craving sugar, and when people walk around the office offering
chocolates i'm not even slightly tempted, when normally i would of had more
than one helping.
staying
completely motivated and i am loving my new found energy
