a cup of fresh lemon juice and hot water
breakfast – 2 nectarines and a
plum
lunch – mixed avocado, and 4
roma tomatos
snacks – snack dates and nuts
dinner – quinoa and salmon
exercise – rode to and from work
today, that’s over an hour of riding.
feeling a little better than yesterday, however still feeling
bloated and not 100%. if i get an
afternoon free im going to try an old remedy of drinking a glass on epsom salts
with water to try and flush out my system.
i’ll let you know how i go J
