a cup of fresh lemon juice and hot water
breakfast – 100g smoked salmon, a boiled egg and 1 cup of spinach
lunch – mixed sashimi
snacks – nuts, fresh pineapple juice (juiced half of a pineapple)
doing the epsom salt cleanse. probably not a great idea to do it so late in the afternoon, as it takes up to 4hrs to kick in. i couldn't hold out any longer so i had to do it tonight.
2 more sleeps until christmas - yay
