mug of hot lemon water as soon as i get up.
breakfast – fresh fruit salad
left over from yesterday
snacks – snacked on the left over fruit salad again
lunch – quinoa and raw salmon (left over from yesterday)
dinner – steamed organic chicken, steamed snow peas, steamed corn, sautéed mushrooms with salt and pepper and avocado salsa (1 avocado, 2 tbs lemon, 2 tbs fresh coriander, 1 small chilli diced and stir together)
