On Rising: 500ml Warm Lemon Water
Exercise: Bikram Yoga
Breakfast: Smoothie made with almond milk, 1/3 cup blueberries, 1/2 avocado, raw cacao, egg
Lunch: 1/2 avocado, fresh sardines, crumbled goats cheese
Snack: Brazil nuts, raw chocolate brownie (home made, I'll post recipe shortly - it will change your life)
Dinner: Went out for dinner tonight, so had the best option on the menu, vermicelli salad
Fluid: At least 3L water
Felt great again today, I think sweating it out in Bikram is really helping me to stay on track. I didn't want to let going out for dinner throw me off my tracks (which I normally would have let happen). I didn't have any headaches or anything today. Feeling really vibrant and energetic.
