On Rising: 500ml Warm Lemon Water
Exercise: Bikram Yoga
Lunch: 3 Egg omelete, with caramelised onion and capsicum
Snack: small handful of activated nuts, 1/2 capsicum
Dinner: Lamb, mushroom, zucchini, red bell pepper
Dessert: Cacao Avo Mouse
Fluid: At least 3L water
Today was the second day of eating only unprocessed foods, I'm feeling pretty good aside from a slight headache. I know that my body is going through some detox processes right now. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next week brings.
